Eggs, bacon (optional), sweet potatoes, brussels sprouts, red bell pepper, kale, salsa (on the side), green onions, sesame seeds, poppy seeds, dehydrated garlic, dehydrated onion, salt, pepper, avocado oil

How to Prepare

Microwave

Remove sauce cup, remove the bacon and reheat it for 45 seconds then set aside. Gently place lid back on the bowl and microwave for 1-2 minutes. Add bacon/condiments and enjoy!

Stove

Remove sauce cup & preheat a skillet over medium - medium/high heat. Add the bacon to the pan to crisp it back up (1 min per side). Remove bacon & add small amount of favorite fat to the pan to sauté the rest of the ingredients. Enjoy!
