Terms of Service

Returns, Refunds, Ordering Policy

  • All orders must be placed by Saturday at 11:00 PM to guarantee Monday delivery.
  • Orders canceled by 5:00 PM on Friday are eligible for a refund minus a 5% credit card processing fee, or a full credit—including the processing fee—toward a future order.
  • Customers are responsible for reading the provided heating instructions. Refunds will not be issued due to customer error in reheating items properly.
  • Customers are responsible for verifying any items ordered meet their dietary requirements.
  • Customers are responsible for providing a correct delivery address and delivery instructions.
  • Credits are given if there is an issue with food quality, or if an item is missing from their delivery. TMC is not obligated to issue a credit if we are not notified of the issue within 72 hours of delivery. Depending on the request, you may be asked to provide photos of the items received. GIFT CARDS are non refundable.  
  • Credits will not be issued based on the client's personal preference (i.e. disliking an item). TMC reserves the right to issue credits based on the company's discretion.
  • Discount codes cannot be applied after an order has already been placed. A refund will not be given in lieu of a discount code.
  • TMC drivers will not enter clients' homes. Bags will be left at the client's doorstep (or as specified in the delivery instructions). TMC is not responsible for bags left outside for an extended duration.
  • Customers should leave used bags at their doorstep on Monday for pick-up by TMC's delivery drivers.
  • Orders placed after the weekly cut-off time will be delivered the following week. TMC cannot accommodate last minute orders.
  • Customers agrees to TMC's Privacy Policy
