Getting Started

Yes we do! Our minimum order amount is $125.
Our cut-off time for Monday delivery is Saturday at 11 PM. If you place your order after that, it will be delivered the following Monday.
TMC’s Meal Prep stands out for its chef-curated, nutritionally balanced meals designed to be enjoyed at every bite. Our meals are made fresh using high-quality ingredients and no artificial preservatives. Plus, our flexible subscriptions and local delivery ensure convenience without compromise.
For the majority of our meals, you can choose your preferred proteins or sides to fit your tastes. If you're looking for a fully custom experience, we also offer the option to purchase proteins and sides separately, giving you complete control over your meals. Please note that Taylor’s Preferred Pairing meals are curated for flavor and balance, so customizations aren’t available for those specific options.
Yes! With a subscription, your order will automatically repeat each week—no extra steps needed. If you’d like to make changes, you can update your meals any time before Saturday at 11 PM for the upcoming week.

Delivery & Packaging

We deliver once a week on Mondays, between the hours of 11:00 am - 9:00 pm.
We deliver to all of Orange County, Los Angeles County and San Diego County.
Our delivery fees are based on your location: Orange County deliveries are $19.50, while Los Angeles County deliveries range from $22.50 to $29, depending on the exact area.
Your order is delivered in a Taylor Made Cuisine branded insulated bag, so your food stays nice and cold.
Please place your TMC bags on your doorstep before your next meal delivery. Your driver will pick them up when they drop off your order. We recycle and reuse our bags, so please return them!
Unfortunately, we don’t offer the option to choose a specific delivery time. However, you’ll receive a text and email notification as soon as your order is on its way. Once your delivery is completed, you'll get another notification confirming that your meals have arrived.
Yes! Orders can be picked up at our kitchen: 17945 Sky Park Circle, Suite G, Irvine, CA 92614. Pickup is only available Mondays from 9:30 AM to 4:00 PM.

Food + Nutrition

Our Low-Calorie criteria is as follows:


Breakfasts: less than 525 calories
Lunches: less than 600 calories
Dinners: less than 600 calories
Vegetables: less than 100 calories
Sauces: less than 255 calories
Starches: less than 200 calories
Soups: less than 550 calories
Entree Salads: less than 550 calories
Side Salads: less than 400 calories
Bowls: less than 500 calories
Healthy Snacks: less than 350 calories
Healthy Desserts: less than 350 calories
At Taylor Made Cuisine, we use BPA Free, reusable, plastic containers. They are dishwasher and microwave safe, recyclable, and are strong enough to withstand product freezing as well as reheating.
Each of our menu items come in its own individual container, so your food stays fresher for longer! When it's time to eat, just grab your containers and make your plate! Simple + easy, and our customers love it!
You should unload your food delivery and put all of your food in your refrigerator.
Our proteins, soups, desserts, select sauces and snacks are packaged directly from our freezer which is -7 degrees to your insulated bag and then delivered. Our insulated bags keep the food at a cooler temperature, as we use our frozen proteins in place of traditional ice packs. We intentionally package our food with our frozen proteins/soups at the bottom that act as 'ice packs', to reduce waste and make the most of our packaging space!
Your food will last up to seven days in your refrigerator. The items with the "eat first" sticker are items that are more perishable, and as such we recommend consuming them within the first three days of your delivery to maintain freshness.
All of our menu items come cooked through and just need to be reheated in a microwave, on the stove, in the oven, or the air fryer.
You can reheat your meals in the microwave, pan, oven, or air fryer: whichever method suits you! View reheating for your specific item by scanning the QR code on your item. The QR code will take you directly to the product page on our Shop.

Subscription

A subscription to Taylor Made Cuisine Meal Prep is a convenient and cost-effective way to enjoy healthy, chef-crafted meals every week. Subscribers receive 10% off every order, early access to new menu items, and automatic weekly delivery, so you never have to worry about meal planning again. You’ll also have the flexibility to pause, skip, or customize your orders to match your schedule and goals. It’s the smart way to stay on track with fresh, high-quality meals.
There are a few easy ways to subscribe to TMC Meal Prep and start saving 10% on every order: 1. Click “Start a Subscription” at the top right of the Meal Prep menu page. 2. Select “Subscribe & Save” when asked “How would you like to receive your items?” 3. You’ll also have one final chance to subscribe during checkout. No matter how you choose to subscribe, you’ll enjoy weekly deliveries of fresh, chef-crafted meals with the flexibility to pause, skip, or modify your subscription anytime.
1. Login to your account using your username and password. 2. Once logged in, click on Manage Subscription in your account dashboard. 3. Select the week you want to update from the available options. 4. Click on Edit Meals to make changes. 5. You will be redirected to your cart on the Menu page. 6. In the Cart, you can remove items or increase the quantity of existing ones. 7. To add new items, browse the Menu Page and select any additional meals you'd like to include. 8. Once you've made all your updates, review your cart and proceed with the changes as needed. Your subscription will be updated based on these selections for the chosen week.
1. Log into your account using your username and password. 2. Once logged in, navigate to the Manage Subscription section from your account dashboard. 3. You will be redirected to your subscription page, where you can manage your deliveries. 4. At the top of the page, you'll see a list of upcoming weeks. Scroll through to find the week(s) you want to skip. 5. Select the week by clicking on it, then click the 'Skip Order' button located on the left of the settings icon. Important Notes: - If your order is already locked, you will not be able to skip that order. - You must wait until the day after your delivery to skip any upcoming orders.
You have until Saturday at 11pm before your delivery to make changes to your order.
A canceled subscription cannot be reactivated, if you would like to start a new subscription, you can do so at any time by visiting us at mealprep.taylormadecuisine.com
To cancel your subscription, follow these steps: 1. Log in to your account using your username and password. 2. Once logged in, click on the menu icon, located at the top right of the page. 3. From the drop-down menu, select Settings. 4. Scroll to the bottom of the Settings page. Next to the Contact Support button, you will see an option for Cancel Subscription. 5. Click on Cancel Subscription and follow the on-screen prompts to complete the cancellation process. PLEASE NOTE: Canceling your subscription does not automatically cancel any active orders. To cancel your order, please reach out to our customer support team by emailing [email protected].
To redeem your loyalty points on your subscription order, follow these steps: 1. Log in to your Taylor Made Cuisine account. 2. Click on Manage Order at the top of the screen. 3. Click the drop-down arrow under Settings. 4. A pop-up will appear; at the bottom, you can see your current points total. Use the drop-down menu to select the amount of points you want to apply to your order. 5. After selecting the amount, your new order total will show a line for the loyalty points redeemed. Click the 'X' in the top right corner of the pop-up to close it. Note: Points can be redeemed starting at $10.00. If you don’t have enough points to redeem this minimum amount, the loyalty points section won’t appear in order management.
To manage your subscription, log into your account and go to Settings in the drop-down menu. You can make changes to your orders up to 4 weeks in advance, including: Editing meals Removing meals Skipping orders You can only skip weeks after receiving your current delivery. You can skip up to 4 weeks at a time.
