How to Prepare

Microwave

Pop the top of your TMC container to vent. Microwave for 1 - 1.5 minutes, stir and enjoy!

Stove

Pre-heat a non-stick skillet on a medium heat. Add a small amount of your favorite fat to the skillet. Add chicken to the skillet and cook, stirring often for approximately 3-5 minutes or until heated through. Enjoy!
