Beef tenderloin, avocado oil, salt, black pepper, TMC’s house-made chimichurri (parsley, scallions, garlic, red pepper flakes, lemon juice, sherry vinegar, olive oil, salt, black pepper, lemon zest).

How to Prepare

Microwave

DEFROST THOROUGHLY. Pop the top of your container to vent. Microwave for 1 minute. Stir and then heat for another 30 seconds. Stir again, check if meat is at desired temp. Top with sauce and enjoy!

Stove

Defrost thoroughly. Pre-heat skillet on medium heat. Add a small amount of your favorite fat to the skillet. Add tips to the skillet and cook for approx 1-3 mins per side, or until heated through. Add sauce and sauté for 1 min. Enjoy!
