How to Prepare

Microwave

Vent the film on your TMC tray. Microwave for 45 seconds - 1 minute. Peel off plastic, top with warmed cilantro lime sauce (see sauce guide) and enjoy!

Pre-heat a non-stick skillet on medium-high heat. Add a fat of choice, then sear fish for 2 minutes per side. Top with warmed cilantro lime sauce (see sauce guide) and enjoy!
