How to Prepare

Microwave

Pop the top off your TMC container. Microwave for 45 seconds to 1 minute. Remove it, push the top down to steam for another 20 seconds, and enjoy!

Stove

Add fat of choice to a non-stick pan and heat to medium/medium-high. Pour green beans into the pan and sauté for 2–4 minutes. Enjoy!
