How to Prepare

Microwave

Vent the container Microwave for 45 seconds Remove lid and stir Microwave another 30 seconds, remove and enjoy!

Stove

Preheat small non-stick pan on medium-high heat Add approx. 2 tsp of fat (your choice) Add vegetarian taco meat and saute in fat for approx 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the edges are crispy. Remove from pan and enjoy!
