This bowl starts with our house-made quinoa taco meat, which is totally plant-based and super flavorful (not to mention has an awesome texture that we cannot get enough of!) The TMC kitchen staff then adds: beans, roasted zucchini, chopped grilled peppers and onions, toasted pepitas and house made salsa. Not plant-based? No problem! You can add a protein to this bowl also!

Quinoa, beans (pinto or black), sautéed kale, zucchini, bell pepper, onion, avocado oil, TMC roasted salsa, pepitas, herbs + spices.

How to Prepare

Microwave

Remove the sauce cup, gently place the lid on top and microwave for 1:30 - 2 minutes. Add condiments and protein of choice, then enjoy!
