Salmon: Salmon, avocado oil, salt, black pepper. BBQ Sauce: tomatoes, maple syrup, pineapple juice, apple cider vinegar, coconut aminos, garlic, olive oil, smoked paprika, dry mustard, cayenne. Sweet Mash: Yams, coconut milk, cinnamon, nutmeg, maple syrup, salt, black pepper. Brussel Sprouts: Brussels sprouts, avocado oil, salt and black pepper.

How to Prepare

Microwave (for Best Flavor)

Puncture the film your TMC tray. Microwave for 45 seconds. Pull back the film, add the BBQ sauce and microwave for another 30 seconds (or until warm.) For the sides, vent the lids of the containers and microwave for 1-2 mins, until warm.

Air Fryer

Remove salmon from tray, and air fry on 350 for 6 minutes. Heat sauce (scan QR code for instructions) and sides in microwave or warm on the stove.
