Our brown rice is the perfect side dish for any of our stir-frys or seafood items. You should pair our brown rice with entrees like our Kung Pao Chicken, Beef and Broccoli, and our Coconut Curry Chicken. Our brown rice is gluten free and vegetarian friendly. Nutrition tip: brown rice aids in digestion, can help in diabetes management, and has can help you sleep better (brown rice has high levels of melatonin). Pro tip: Taylor loves to eat her Chana Masala with brown rice, instead of coconut rice for a more nutritious plant based meal!

How to Prepare

Microwave

Pop the top off your TMC container, microwave for 45 seconds - 1 minute. Take out, push the top down to steam for another 20 seconds. Enjoy!
