How to Prepare

Microwave

Pop the top off your TMC container. Microwave for 45 seconds to 1 minute. Take it out, push the top down to steam for another 20 seconds, and enjoy!

Stove

Add fat of choice to a non-stick pan and heat to medium/medium-high. Pour the peppers into the pan and sauté for 1–3 minutes. Enjoy!
