How to Prepare

Microwave

Vent the film on your TMC tray Microwave for 45 seconds and then check if chicken is at desired temperature If yes, peel off remaining film! If not, reheat in 15-second intervals until the desired temperature is reached. Enjoy!

Stove

Turn stove on medium-medium high heat and add fat of choice (coconut oil, avocado oil) Sear protein for 45 seconds to 1 minute per side Enjoy!
