How to Prepare

Microwave

Peel the plastic lining of the TMC container off. Re-heat for 2-3 minutes in the microwave. Carefully remove the tray from the microwave. Enjoy!

Air Fryer

Take the protein out of the TMC Packaging. Place protein into the air fryer. Re-heat at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes, turning the protein over halfway through cooking time. Carefully remove the protein from the air fryer once finished.
