Thai Curry Salmon

This is one of Taylor's favorite entrees on the TMC menu for good reason: it is packed with flavor and delivers a touch of heat! Simply seasoned salmon is cooked to perfection and then paired with a house-made coconut milk sauce that is rich with curry spices, citrus and jalapeno. salmon, ginger, red curry paste (garlic, dried red chili, lemongrass, shallot, salt, galangal, shrimp paste, kaffir lime peel, pepper), lime juice, chili paste (chili, salt, acetic acid, potassium sorbate, sodium bisulfate, xanthan gum), jalapeno, coconut sugar, coconut milk (coconut milk, coconut extract, water, citric acid, sodium metabisulfite), coconut aminos, olive oil, green onion, avocado oil, salt, black pepper.

How to Prepare

Microwave

Vent the film on your TMC tray. Microwave for 45 seconds - 1 minute. Peel off plastic, and remove fish from tray. Top with sauce, and enjoy!

Stove

Pre-heat a non-stick skillet on medium-high heat. Add fat of choice, then add fish to the pan. Cook fish for 2 minutes per side. Top with sauce, and enjoy!
