How to Prepare

Microwave

Pop the top of your TMC container to vent. Microwave for 45 seconds. Mix, and then reheat for another 30 seconds. Enjoy!

Stove

Pre-heat a non-stick skillet on medium heat. Add a small amount of your favorite fat to the skillet. Add chicken to the skillet and cook, stirring often, for approximately 3-5 minutes or until heated through. Enjoy!
