How to Prepare

Microwave

Pop the top of your TMC container to vent. Microwave for 1 minute, then stir. Microwave for another 30 seconds. Enjoy!

Stove

Pre-heat a non-stick skillet on medium heat. Add a small amount of your favorite fat to the skillet. Add beef to the skillet and cook, stirring often, for approximately 3-5 minutes or until heated through. Enjoy!
