Thai Peanut Salmon

Perfectly cooked salmon, simply seasoned to highlight its rich, buttery texture and clean flavor, served with our light Thai peanut sauce on the side. The earthy, slightly sweet peanut sauce adds a smooth layer of nutty depth with low heat, creating balance without overpowering the fish.

How to Prepare

Microwave

Vent the film on your TMC tray. Microwave for 45 seconds - 1 minute. Peel off plastic, top with warmed Thai peanut sauce (see sauce guide) and enjoy!

Stove

Pre-heat a non-stick skillet on medium-high heat. Add a fat of choice, then sear fish for 2 minutes per side. Top with warmed Thai peanut sauce (see sauce guide) and enjoy!
